Covid-19 is a viral disease. It is a RNA virus. Infection with this virus can be mild to severe. In the initial stage of the person infected with Covid-19, fever, lethargy, dry cough, vomiting, difficulty breathing, sore throat, headache, stomach problems, loss of taste in the mouth, body weakness and other types of symptoms are seen. People who have pre-existing diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, breathing problems are more affected by this covid-19 disease.
Physical problems that occur after recovery from Covid-19:
1. Post-viral asthenia or post-viral fatis syndrome: extreme physical weakness, lethargy or fatigue, dizziness, headache, body massaging, limb paralysis, tingling, muscle or bone or joint pain , pain in the waist and spine, disinterest, restlessness are seen.
2. Causes long-term lung damage: cough, chest pain, difficulty breathing, pneumonia, respiratory failure, ARDS, sore throat.

To do:
1. Eat balanced meals regularly. Those who had various diseases before will take food on the advice of a specialist doctor. You should know – food is also medicine, and food also creates many diseases.
2. Regular walking should be done. Physical work should be done according to age. Aerobic exercises like: light running, jogging, cycling, swimming, sports should be done.
3. Lung exercises are very effective. For example: Inhaling through the nose and releasing through the mouth for 3-6 seconds, this can be done 6-7 times 2/3 times a day. Walking and exercising in open spaces surrounded by plants are effective in increasing the oxygen levels in the body.
4. Physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment should be taken to prevent joint, muscle damage and pain. In this case, various therapeutic exercises and electrotherapy are very effective.
5. The motto of rehabilitation in medicine is the multidisciplinary team approach, which means that people with multiple diseases must be treated by doctors from different disciplines.
6.
